As previously communicated on October 23, 2023, regarding a planned outage on the 1st unit, the planned outage is substantially complete and the unit will be restarted on November 4, 2023, at approximately 4:00pm. The unit restart requires the unit to be operated on bypass (elevated noise) until the unit is fully back on-line, which is anticipated to last a few hours, and therefore, elevated noise may be heard.
