As previously communicated on October 19, 2023, the 1st unit has been in a planned outage to repair some equipment. The repair was completed early, and therefore, the unit was restarted October 22, 2023, at approximately 10:00am, which required the unit to be operated on bypass (elevated noise) until the unit was fully back on-line which occurred at 5:00pm. Elevated noise associated with the unit restart may have been heard and lasted a few hours.
