As previously communicated on November 13, 2023, the 1st unit was shutdown normally for its normal fall maintenance outage. The outage is complete and the unit is anticipated to be restarted November 27, 2023, at approximately 7:00am which requires the unit to be operated on bypass (elevated noise) until the unit is fully back on-line. The elevated noise event associated with the unit restart is anticipated to last a few hours.
