As previously communicated on November 13, 2023, the 3rd unit normal fall outage was anticipated to be complete on or about November 18, 2023. The outage work was completed ahead of schedule and the 3rd unit will be restarted on November 17, 2023, which requires the unit to be operated on bypass (elevated noise) until the unit is fully back on-line. The unit restart is planned to occur during the daytime hours and the elevated noise event associated with the unit restart is anticipated to last a few hours.
