The 3rd unit was shutdown normally August 11, 2023, to repair an electrical issue and elevated noise during the normal shutdown may have been heard between 11:30pm-12:30pm. Repair of the electrical issue is expected to be complete on or about August 18, 2023. When repair is complete, the 3rd unit will be restarted which requires the unit to be operated on bypass (elevated noise) until the unit is fully back on-line. The 3rd unit restart is planned to occur during the daytime hours and the elevated noise event associated with the unit restart is anticipated to last a few hours.
The actual 3rd unit restart date and time will be communicated once known.
