As previously communicated on November 13, 2023, the 2nd unit was shutdown normally on November 4, 2023, for its normal fall maintenance outage. This normal fall outage was completed ahead of schedule and therefore, the until will be restarted November 22, 2023, which requires the unit to be operated on bypass (elevated noise) until the unit is fully back on-line. The unit restart is planned to occur during the daytime hours and the elevated noise event associated with the unit restart is anticipated to last a few hours.
