As a follow-up to our communications of January 23 and January 31, 2023, a few remaining commissioning activities, prior to normal operation, produce elevated sound levels. Commissioning activities of one of three units produced increased sound levels starting in the afternoon on February 12, 2023, and is expected to be complete within the next 24 hours.
